Youth Group Grants 2011-14
This grant is aimed at creating and maintaining universal youth provision across Somerset, with priority given to those communities that have experienced cuts in public funding. A full list of the funding criteria can be found within the application form.
This funding will be available for three years, with £80,000 available this year, £68,000 available in 2012/13 and £11,000 available in 2013/14. Grants will be allocated by the UK Youth Parliament Action/Advisory Group in February and August of each year.The deadline for applications for the first funding round is 25 July 2011.
The application form will be available to download from the Somerset Youth and Community Service website (www.somersetyouth.co.uk ) at the beginning of July and there will also be an 'apply on line' facility. For more information about the grants, or to get paper copies, please contact:
