The Sylvia Waddlove Foundation UK
The Sylvia Waddilove Foundation provides grants to charities for educational projects, music composition and performances, herbal medicine, medical research, disability, and farming related projects.
Grants are available to registered charities with a turnover of less than £500,000.
Eligible Projects
Projects must be for the benefit of the community or groups of more than four persons.
The Foundation will support projects that relate to those charitable purposes that Sylvia Waddilove favoured during her lifetime. These include:

Educational projects for children and adults, particularly those relating to the Arts

Musical composition and performances

Herbal medicine
-
Medical research, especially regarding ageing diseases.

Assistance of the disabled - not for individuals but for example, community projects to assist the elderly

Farming, organic farming and animal husbandry
Applicants will also have to demonstrate that your project is sufficiently capital. By this we mean it should have some lasting value in either time or fixture so that it can make a real difference to people’s lives, and on an ongoing basis.
How much will you receive, and for how long
The Foundation will usually provide grants of up to £20,000. Applicants must however, specify the amount they require. A grant may be spread over 2 or 3 years; the later payments being subject to a satisfactory report for the previous year. We will not support projects for more than four years.
