Details

Local Food is part of the Big Lottery Fund's Changing Spaces grant programme. It will support a variety of food-related projects to help make locally grown food accessible and affordable to local communities.

Grants are available for delivering such projects as growing, processing, marketing and distributing local food; composting and raising awareness of the benefits of such activities.

There are three types of funding streams: Small Grants (between £2,000 to £10,000); Main Grants (between £10,001 and £300,000); and Beacon Grants (£300,001 to £500,000).
