The Gibbs Trust
The Gibbs Trust funds innovative undertakings by Methodist churches and organisations, other Christian causes, especially of an ecumenical nature, and a wider category within the fields of:
- the creative arts, education, social and international concerns.
Grants are normally within the region of £1,000-£3,000
Applications should be in writing and have a maximum length of 4 pages which include a covering letter, a brief description of the project and a budget. Trustees are interested in the answer to the question: 'Who else have you applied to?
Applications should be in an easily re-cyclable form. In practice, this means no spring-coil binding. Please use both sides of the page! Applicants must be a registered charity, although animal charities are excluded from applying..
Flyers, etc., may be included in addition to the four sides.
To keep administration to a minimum communication is with successful applicants only.
