The European Youth Foundation (EYF)

The European Youth Foundation is a fund set up to provide financial support to international youth activities. It has an annual budget of approximately 2,300,000 Euros. Since 1973 more than 200,000 young people, most of them nationals of Council of Europe member states, have taken part in EYF-supported activities.

The European Youth Foundation provides financial support for:

  1. international youth meetings
  2. youth activities other than meetings (such as publishing manuals or newsletters or producing web sites)
  3. contributions to administrative costs of international youth NGOs
  4. pilot projects
