Grants for the preservation of areas of natural beauty or historic interest

The Alan Evans Memorial Trust offers grants to charitable organisations active in the UK.

The Trust will consider giving grants to promote the permanent preservation for the benefit of the nation of lands and tenements (including buildings) of beauty or historic interest and as regards land, the preservation (so far as practicable) of the natural features and animal and plant life.

Application Procedure:

The application process is ongoing and interested applicants may apply at any time.

Application is via an application form available on request from the Trust. Applications should be made in writing, outlining the project, with a cost breakdown, information about the size of the community and the benefit of the project to the community. Applicants should also state what other organisations/charities have been approached for funds for the project.

Applications are considered at meetings held three times a year.
